Terms & Policies

Ordering	Orders can be place by phone or mail. Mail orders should include your full name, address and phone number. Shipment will be sent UPS COD cash, certified check or you can charge your purchase to VISA/MASTERCARD.
Ordering One-Piece Bodies	Bodies can not be shipped COD and must be paid in full with a money order or VISA/MASTERCARD before shipment.
Dealers	Only motorcycle dealers, aftermarket speed shops, and repair shops will qualify for dealer pricing. To establish dealer status, you may request a dealer application which must be complete and returned along with a photostatic copy of your state business license and a photo of your store front. Shipments will be COD cash or certified check or VISA/MASTERCARD unless other arrangements have been made.
Retail Sales	All shipments will be UPS COD cash, certified check or VISA/MASTERCARD.
Returns	Parts may not be returned without prior consent. All parts will be inspected upon receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Warranty	All fiberglass parts have a one year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover misuse and abuse. Proper installation is the responsibility of the customer.
Custom Work	We offer custom fiberglass work as our workload allows. We build to customer specifications, whether starting with a blueprint or modifying one of our standard parts. A deposit of 50% of the estimate is required. The product will be shipped COD or charged to your VISA/MASTERCARD for the remaining balance.
Product Application	Our products are designed for race track use only. We do not recommend our products for street use.
